Ok when I saw this card , I knew I had to own it. I run a very cheap team in order to save and polish my skills.

Why I purchased :
I am a Division 2 Player who enjoys building cheap and effective teams ( See Squad ) and pushing them and my skills to the limit. I honestly laugh outscoring 500k teams with 2 of the 3 OP CSL ST's . Last week they released IF Kudus and Frank almost got a IF as well. I ran them both with Boateng as my front 3 in CL an did pretty well , winning 14 / 23 games played.
My issue was that Boateng and Kudus with their workrates would occupy the same space. Leading to Kudus making runs right at a CB 90 percent of the time. I went back to 7 Chem Frank and Talisca and Alex. Best Decision I ever made . Now with this new RuleBreakers card I can upgrade my offensive again.

Pace is important this year in FIFA . Pace effects everything from shooting gathers to being able to knock your opponent off the ball . His knock on his last card was that it was simply not fast enough . He would get caught and pulled from behind giving up the ball repeatedly because of medicore stats in balance and strength . In order words , Man's not hot .
Well boys , he is now a certified Ferrari . At 6'3 with 91 Acceleration he simply just glides away from defenders . Alaba Cute , Varane Cute , Kante Cute , Delaney Cute . He simply is sitting boys done and teaching them a lesson . 84 Sprint Speed I found was just enough on the time I found myself drifting into the wide areas with him. This is Basically SIF FIFA 2019 Pogba. His Acceleration alone netted him 3 of his goals as his first touch on his sprint out is absolutely absurd.
Also H / L which makes him just as fast when he doesn't have the ball.
Shooting : Error
Talisca base card could earn him a 8 / 10 hell maybe even a 8.5 on a good day . This card shooting is broken with Maestro ( 96 Shot Power / 99 Long Shots ) and Base Stats of 88 Positioning and 82 Shooting ( Lies ) . He is literally a rollover away from having a go on most . If he is being pressed down a simple 1-2 will unlock him every time . Dead Ball ( 99 FK ) . Finesse 88 Curve . Rebound Goals with 91 Reactions and H/L. Headers why not he is 6'3 with 80 heading . Volley sure 83 is good enough for now. I guess his only knock for me is penalties but I haven't ha a chance with one as of yet. 80 Composure

Passing : 9 / 10
Well his regular card could pick out a pass well enough . Well this card is KDB Lite , 94 Long passing with 91 short passing and 88 Curve , meaning he will pick out a pass or two a match that any other player his price simply won't . Its that perfect pass through the middle of the defense or that just leads your striker that inch or 2 that he needs . Either you have it this year or you don't . He does. Ill be completely honest he failed me multiple times switching play , but honestly it most likely had more to do with me than his pass. Again his crossing is a little sus . Hard to beat his passing ability though.

79 Balance and again 80 composure . Again for a 50k Untradable Card ? I didn't feel it .
If you have used Anderson before you know his bread and butter is a the rollback to a shot or pass . He isn't just going to run over the defender like Ben Yedder and magically appear with the ball on the opposite of the defender with the ball. What he will do is Berba-Turn , Roll-Over , Roll-Back , Crocqet your rival to death . I enjoyed the Speed Boost he got out of his animations and his Flair made it all better somehow . Yes , he can hold a defender behind him ( I know that was your question ) . I played him at CAM where the space to operate is much tighter and he didn't feel out of place. I can only imagine his runs as a CM .
Defense : 6 / 10
6'3 Quick and Good Dribbling . Yeah interceptions feel like high 60's / low 70's . You will be tempted to close down players , don't his stamina is decent but he isn't Bernardo Silva . I can assure you he is agile enough to pester your rivals CB and CDM and CM , but just don't in fact let him relax because his back is going to hurt from carrying your offense .
Physical : 6 / 10
If this card had 90 stamina and 90 Str , It would be Zidane . But it doesn't so it's just a mere Talisca . He will last just long enough to finish a game and you know he will be able to make a game changing play late into stoppage play . Don't expect lung busting sprints after the 70th minute or so.

Overall Review :
If I could have 2 I would. For the average FIFA player this is a class player definetly worth building a team around or incorporating into your team . He is going to have alot of players angry this weekend league . Trust me . As for players that can afford Kante or KDB . He could be worth a shout of maybe a 2-3 WL boost off the bench super sub . There of course will be better SBC's but I don't regret it one bit.

It´s my first review and i don´t talk engilsh really well so be nice :)
My first ever review had to be on this player. He is so good. I´ve tried many player but none of them were even half good this man is. I use him in a 4-2-2-2 as a false 9/striker together with Gabriel Jesus and... OMG, he is amazing. I first slapped an engine on him and he almost dies(bad joke). Engine wasn´t good enough so I tried finisher and suddendly i found the best player I have played with this fifa.
I played him in rivals (div 2)
Lets analyse him more:
- Pace: his pace is OK, nothing special, he isn´t adama but he runs more than enough for a false 9 or CAM or even as ST
- Shooting: AMAZING. He can shoot from every angle with booth feet and it will go in. It looks like he has 5 wf. His finesse shots are just incredible
- Passing:very good pass, both, short and long, perfect for his role
- Dribbling: even though he is tall, he as agile as gabriel jesus
- Defending: ok, nothing to say here
- Physic: defenders can´t push him off the ball and if you press L2 (PS4) you just can´t take the ball off his feet

I recently qualified for div 2 winning all of my placement games with this goats normal card at cam. As soon as this came out I had to do it - even though it was expensive. To qualify for div 2 I ran a 16k team of incredibly meta players and normal talisca shone. I can tell you for a fact this variant of Talisca is normal Talisca on crack. His dribbling feels insane for such a huge bloke and once he gets the ball it's hard to get it off him. He is incredibly clinical as well and he can even win headers if your tactics are cross and inshallah. He is a fun card and I would highly recommend.

Fairly expensive for the league he is in.
What can I say? literally the perfect attacker. I mean he's no cr7 or anything like that but for the coins he has to be the best player I've used. I use him at left ST with RB Inaki next to him and these two rip apart defenses. But, he can also play CAM, LAM, RAM if you prefer the 4231, or he can play winger.. or if you're feeling freaky you can use him as your attacking CM in a 4-4-2. Hes got great height; and he feels great on the ball for any player, let alone someone whos 6'3.
-High/Low work rates.
-Dribbling: He feels so damn good.
-Pace: Hes about the same as Inaki when it comes to pace.
-Shooting: finesse shots, low drivens.. man can score anything
-height: he can easily win headers over most everyone. at least in my experience.
-passing: with how wayward some of these passes are, he is surprisingly good at playing it where you need it
-stamina: sometimes he can get a bit tired later in the game, not a huge issue but definitely noticeable
-Strength: sometimes he feels like you cant take the ball away from him and sometimes he feels weak. not a big problem cause he can dribble around most defenders, but don't expect him to be strong like inaki.
I decided to do Talisca because he looked nice and fit between allan and fred i recommend them both so I played him CAM in a 433 (4) under aubameyang and were his passes were op and if I couldn't pass it to auba id take a finnese shot outside the box and it will probably go in then I tried linking him with inform paulinho because I wanted to try and change new teams and it was good linknup for them both are good if you got him play him with inform paulinho you could also use paulinho gold aswell I'm div 5 btw

Okay, first of all, this is the first time writing a review and believe me when I say that this card is utterly broken.
I play him right now as a left striker beside Son with Martial and Dembele as wings.
I also only play in the Weekends league and do some trading since I don't have the time to play during the working days. I'm a Gold 1 player this year, last year I had a couple of good runs during the elite classes so I like to think that I'm a decent player.
The man Talisca gave me a very hard time in the beginning since I was stubborn enough to play him as a box-to-box player. I just did not see his body type being the ideal "attacking player" for my playing style of FIFA. I moved him from box-to-box to the CAM position instead and the improvements were much better. I managed to get some assists with him since his short- and long passing is phenomenal and his curve just adds the spiciness to it. However, one problem I had with this card was that he's not very linkable since I have some untradables (Mukiele, Varane & Martial) and wanted to keep all of them while using SON, but he needed to get down on 8 chem with the right coach. However, after getting some new players and got what I think is a decent team (Se link) I forgot to change the tactics and while playing Talisca got swapped to my lonely striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Wow! What a surprise! This guy is outstanding, he's fast, not Mbappe fast, but rapid as hell. His body type keeps defenders off and most importantly has the ability to stop, shield the ball, and accelerate to give him a good position for firing his canons. But the best thing with him is his runnings. It seems like they're always on point, he's always on the right place in the right time and that's his biggest trait.
This guy is 4* 4* and I'm one of those who gets nervous when a player gets the ball on the wrong foot despite different traits. This guy made me get rid of that feeling. His right foot is just as good as his left and let me tell you guys, none of them is a joke. Pressed low ball, curve outside the box, chippys, weird angels, high power shots everything is possible with his feets. It's just marvellous. I've never felt this love that I have for him for any other player.
- Pace is really good.
- His shooting is just outstanding, like Lewa and C.R, not exaggerating.
- His passing is perfect for the pass and run, and longer passing when you want to change the side of the field the ball is on!
- Body type, shield and protects the ball with HIS LIFE!
- Has those spunky tall legs, makes it really hard for opponents CDM to steal the ball.
- Excellent free-kick taker, 4 goals as free-kick, possibly more but can't remember them all.
- Stamina is an issue when the games goes to overtime
- Not a great header for some reason for me, i've conceded against his headers, but never scored one.
- I've seen other people going crazy with his dribblings, I haven't really.
- Worthless tackles will miss the ball 100% if he slides
Hello everyone, I decided to write this review because I wanted to share my opinions on this card. I used him in 35 division rival games in division 1 at striker in a 4-2-2-2 formation with Martial alongside him. I used a hunter chemistry style on him. In those 35 games he got 48 goals and 18 assists which is amazing of course. In most of the games he got a rating of 9.0 or higher. Lets talk about his stats!
PACE:
For me, he feels really fast, with a hunter chemistry style, he has 99 acceleration and 94 sprint speed. Whenever he has to make runs, he can outrun defenders like Joe Gomez en Raphael Varane. This is extremely nice of course. Because of his pace, most of the time he can create a lot of space for himself so he can get to the 1 on 1 situations.
SHOOTING:
His shooting was AMAZING. With a hunter chemistry style he has 92 finishing, 91 shot power and 93 attack positioning. Because of his attack positioning he is in the right place in front of goal every time! Because his long shots are 89 and he has finesse shot trait, all his shots at the edge of the box will go in. He doesn't miss 1 on 1 situations so you can really trust him in front of goal. In conclusion, his shooting is amazing!
PASSING:
His passing was quite good. Whenever he had the ball and Martial made a run, Talisca would give the perfect ball so Martial could score. His free kicks are good, he scored 12 in those 35 games so you can leave free kicks to him! It also helps that he has 88 curve. This helps his finesse shot immensely.
DRIBBLING:
His dribbling isn't the best, but its good enough. With his 90 agility, he can turn easily. His 79 balance lets him down sometimes but that doesn't happen often.
DEFENDING:
Didn't really try defending with him ;)
PHYSICALITY:
His physicality is alright. His 71 strengt is enough to hold the ball off from defenders like Gomez and Varane for a short time but he won't outbody defenders like Varane and Van Dijk in a 1v1 situation.

The only thing that I can think of that he doesn't have that I would want him to have is 5* skills and weak foot.
He is excellent in game, literally he kicks an make a goal 100% and his passes are anormal
